Responsibilities
- Individual and specialized customer support
- Checking active ingredients, excipients, and medicinal plants for identity and quality
- Researching customer-specific inquiries
- Supporting patients with doctor-diagnosed hypertension who are taking blood pressure reducers as part of pharmaceutical services
- Supporting patients with respiratory diseases as part of pharmaceutical services

- Completed PTA training
- Customer-oriented, independent, and reliable work
