About the Role
The Sales Effectiveness Analyst role is focused on driving outbound revenue growth through comprehensive sales campaign management, process optimization, and data analysis. This position serves as a key link between various sales and operational teams, ensuring effective campaign execution and optimal use of Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaigns, including developing quarterly campaign frameworks, supporting collateral, and value proposition scripting.
- Drive campaign execution by coordinating with Sales Leaders and Account Managers to influence participation and track KPI performance.
- Optimize sales processes by serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customer-related sales processes, maintaining documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Champion best-practice usage of Salesforce for accurate account maintenance, pipeline management, and data hygiene.
- Deliver weekly productivity reporting and assist in transitioning operational scorecards from Google Sheets to Tableau dashboards.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Readiness teams to manage awareness of product changes, migrations, and discontinuations.
- Analyze customer behavior and usage trends to identify growth opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to enhance sales tools and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
- Advanced working knowledge of spreadsheet tools, specifically Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated experience using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for business collaboration.
- Proven experience interacting with and presenting results to stakeholders across various business levels.
- Demonstrated ability to provide detailed analysis and accurate results within tight, time-sensitive frameworks.
- Experience working independently to evaluate and report on complex campaign-related data.
