About the Role

This role is an opportunity to own, design, and deliver high-impact customer solutions across Australia’s unique multi-modal network, blending aviation, road, and technology. You will sit at the center of sales, operations, and strategy, turning opportunities into real-world outcomes, from winning new business to designing complex logistics solutions and executing high-stakes projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch major customer solutions across TGE’s aviation and multi-modal network
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for critical, high-value logistics programs
• Partner with Sales to turn opportunities into commercially viable operational models
• Drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across projects
• Use data and insights to optimize service, revenue, and customer outcomes
• Collaborate across the business to ensure what’s sold is delivered seamlessly

Requirements

• Strong background in operational delivery, projects, or logistics solutions
• Able to influence, align and lead stakeholders across multiple teams
• Commercially minded — understanding cost, service, and growth trade-offs
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Naturally curious, with a mindset for continuous improvement and innovation
• Ability to do intermittent travel
