Responsibilities

Manage project execution and a team of consultants, ensuring successful delivery of client engagements.
Plan the day-to-day work of the team, facilitate client interviews and workshops, and structure client deliverables.
Ensure Alpha’s standards for quality are met.
Create a culture of continuous learning for Alpha team members and actively mentor them.
Support the creation of high-quality work products within expected timeframes.
Own key items for project delivery, including potential ownership of deliverables or workstreams.
Actively participate in preparing materials for and delivering project and client meetings.
Identify and internally discuss ideas for further business opportunities.
Track and monitor project plans, milestones, issues, risks, actions, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
Manage competing demands and priorities from internal and external stakeholders.
Understand Alpha and its services, and assess ways to serve clients.
Stay abreast of General Insurance & Specialty trends relevant to client businesses.
Contribute to business development and support internal business management areas (e.g., thought leadership, recruitment, proposition development).

Requirements

Approximately 5 years of proven experience in delivering consulting or change projects within a leading Insurance institution or consulting firm.
Significant experience within 'blue-chip' Financial Services organizations, preferably in General Insurance/Specialty insurance sectors.
Experience with Target Operating Model, business processes, and/or IT solutions in areas such as Broking, Underwriting & Distribution, Claims, Operations, IT, Data, Finance, Risk, Regulatory, outsourcing, or cost optimisation.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with clients and colleagues.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to structure and articulate messages and adapt communication style for different audiences.
Demonstrable proficiency in relationship development, with potential business development/account management experience.
Proactive interest in contributing to practice growth.
Superb interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, build strong relationships, and establish credibility internally and externally.
Ability to work with and coach junior team members.
Focus on team achievement over individual goals.
Strong academic background, including a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a leading institution.
Aptitude and desire for proactive learning and development.
Familiarity with and interest in key topics and themes in the P&RI industry.
Business language fluency in English.
Willingness to travel.
