About the Role

BGIS is seeking an experienced Azure Integration Specialist to join their Information Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Solutions Architect, you will work across application development, cloud integration, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that support business improvement initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical delivery with close collaboration across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using .NET and Microsoft Azure services.
Develop AI-enabled and automation solutions using Azure and Microsoft technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Support cloud-based applications through troubleshooting, optimisation, and continuous improvement activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Contribute to security, compliance, and governance requirements.
Explore emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to existing platforms and processes.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience developing applications using C# .NET and Microsoft Azure technologies.
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Power Platform, and related Azure services.
Experience integrating AI and automation solutions, including Power Automate.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
