Requirements

  • Proven track record launching successful products in SaaS, particularly in outpatient specialties (vision care, PT, dentistry, derm, chiro, medspa) or adjacent markets (fintech/insuretech, consumer SaaS, marketplaces)
  • Daily, fluent usage of AI tools for product work—proficiency with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar tools for requirements gathering, user story writing, research synthesis, competitive analysis, and documentation
  • Proven ability to document platform capabilities and user workflows for documentation
  • Proven ability to evaluate end-user business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and manage the development and delivery of new platforms, tools, or features
  • Commitment to quality and proven experience interfacing with stakeholders to successfully deliver projects, integrations, and deliverables.

Skills

  • AI-native product leader: Comfortable using AI tools as core part of daily workflow, constantly experimenting with new capabilities, and teaching others best practices
  • Entrepreneurial and passionate to innovate and execute across a rapidly growing, fast paced company
  • Builder mentality with passion for creating products from scratch and continuously improving them based on customer feedback
  • Exceptional balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution—equally comfortable defining product vision and writing detailed user stories
