About the Role
This role is responsible for supervising field delivery activity across an allocated portfolio of telecommunications construction and installation work. The Field Supervisor leads day-to-day field execution through subcontractor crews and field resources, ensuring work is delivered safely, to specification, on time and in accordance with client, quality and operational requirements. The role is accountable for field execution and supervision rather than broader program management. It provides the control point between planning and delivery by translating approved scopes and designs into disciplined on-site execution, timely progress updates, quality assurance and right-first-time completion outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Supervising field delivery activity across an allocated portfolio of telecommunications construction and installation work.
- Leading day-to-day field execution through subcontractor crews and field resources.
- Ensuring work is delivered safely, to specification, on time and in accordance with client, quality and operational requirements.
- Performing site-based supervision, construction coordination, work order control and subcontractor performance management.
- Ensuring site conditions, scope requirements, safety expectations, materials, quality controls and completion standards are understood and met in the field.
