About the Role
The Field Scoper conducts field surveys and scoping for internal MDU cabling routes and external network assets. This role defines viable pathways, captures site conditions, validates constructability, and produces survey outputs to support design and installation readiness. Acting as a regional subject matter expert, the role provides technical guidance to subcontractors and performs quality assurance on survey submissions to ensure accuracy and reduce rework.
Responsibilities
- Undertake field survey and scoping activities for MDU cabling routes and network assets
- Define viable pathways and capture site conditions
- Validate constructability and produce accurate survey outputs
- Provide technical guidance to subcontractor surveyors and scopers
- Perform quality assurance of survey and scoping submissions
- Ensure field information is complete, practical, and aligned to standards
