About the Role

Clipboard is seeking a charismatic individual to be the primary face and driver of growth for their social media channels, focusing on organizing and capturing wholesome surprise moments for healthcare workers and facilities across America. This role involves being on camera frequently, managing video production for both long and short-form content, shaping the narrative of the content, and leading community engagement across social platforms.

Responsibilities

Organize and capture wholesome surprises for healthcare workers and facilities across America.
Be on camera 3 to 5 days per week.
Manage production, aiming to publish both long and short-form videos on a weekly cadence.
Steer the storytelling and shape the narrative across all phases of production.
Lead community engagement, including posting videos and responding to comments and DMs.

Requirements

Magnetic on camera with contagious energy.
Willingness to travel for specific campaigns across America.
Extremely personable, able to build trust with strangers quickly.
Care about the people served by Clipboard, with excitement for giving back.
Experience producing IRL content (bonus).
Experience growing a social media account (bonus).
Experience in healthcare or nursing (bonus).
