About the Role

The Compliance Program Analyst will own and mature the GO 167-C compliance program for electric generating facilities and energy storage systems, while serving as the organizational representative for fleet-wide lessons learned. This role requires strong project management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure regulatory adherence and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Own and mature the GO 167-C compliance program across the fleet.
  • Develop consistent processes and documentation standards including Maintenance and Operation Plan Summaries, certifications, and safety incident reports.
  • Serve as the internal lead for GO 167-C and CAISO regulatory reporting and data requests.
  • Lead causal investigations into operational events and safety-related incidents.
  • Capture, document, and share lessons learned from operational events across the fleet.
  • Maintain records and documentation for CPUC audits and inspections.
  • Track open corrective actions and escalate items at risk of missing deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide leadership with visibility into compliance status.
  • Create and maintain standardized documentation, workflows, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Technical Services, Legal, IT, and SCADA teams.
  • Design and implement operational programs and deliver training to the Operations Team.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in operations, program/project management, or continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience developing or maturing operational programs in cross-functional environments.
  • Working knowledge of power plant or energy facility operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret SCADA alarm logs, maintenance work orders, and site procedures.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
