About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to build a brand-new Anytime Dental Clinic from the ground up in Etobicoke, ON. As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for operational and cultural leadership, driving performance, and ensuring team success. The role offers hands-on training at a sister clinic, including time as a Concierge, to ensure a deep understanding of patient experience and operations before assuming full leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and internal processes
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
Manage scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day HR functions
Oversee billing, insurance processes, and financial accuracy
Create and manage clinic budgets and performance metrics
Lead by example to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
Train and support team members on systems and software (including Recall Max)
Foster a positive, accountable, and high-energy team culture

Requirements

2+ years of dental clinic management experience
2+ years of leadership experience (coaching and developing teams)
Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance systems
High energy, accountability, and a growth mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Flexibility to support a 7-day, extended-hours operation
