About the Role

As we continue to grow our clinics across the Toronto Area, we’re looking for experienced Clinic Managers who are ready to lead teams, drive performance, and take true ownership of their clinic. Responsibilities

• Act as the operational and cultural leader of the clinic
• Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and processes
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage scheduling and support staff performance and accountability
• Oversee billing, insurance processes, and financial accuracy
• Track and manage budgets, KPIs, and clinic performance metrics
• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Train and support team members on systems and software (including Recall Max)
• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-energy team culture

Requirements

• 3+ years of dental clinic management experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience (coaching and developing teams)
• Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance systems
• High energy, accountability, and a growth mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Flexible to support a 7-day, extended-hours operation

• 44 hours per week

Salary/Compensations

• $75,000 – $85,000 annually
