About the Role
This role will own marketing strategy and execution designed to drive merchant adoption of core DoorDash products and improve the quality inputs that unlock growth on the platform. The ideal candidate can think big picture about what it takes to make merchants successful on DoorDash while seamlessly transitioning into the details of campaign execution, analytics, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the integrated marketing strategy of 2-3 key strategic bets for DoorDash, including driving adoption of core DoorDash tools and products and supporting the development and execution of strategies that improve Mx quality inputs.
- Write creative / strategic briefs, set the marketing strategy, oversee GTM deployment, deliver impact reporting, drive cross-functional alignment, and provide regular status updates on campaign progress with key stakeholders from sales, strategy & operations, marketing, and analytics.
- Develop customized marketing strategies and plans for key product initiatives and scale winning strategies to help the team achieve product market fit.
- Analyze campaign and product adoption data to surface insights, identify opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations that improve outcomes against key OKRs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing in a corporate or startup environment.
- A track record of executing campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
- Comfort working with data — including campaign analytics, segment sizing, and A/B testing — to inform strategy and optimize execution.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales, Strategy/Ops) on campaigns and experiments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize and present information clearly to stakeholders at various levels.
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset — you enjoy tackling unsolved problems and finding creative solutions with limited resources.
- A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working on a team with partners across CRM, paid media, analytics, product, and creative.
- Experience with SMB or restaurant businesses is a plus.
