About the Role
The Glen Oaks Club, a premier club in Long Island, NY, is seeking a Part Time Valet Attendant to ensure the safe handling of member and member guest vehicles while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Park member and guest vehicles safely in designated areas.
- Retrieve vehicles promptly.
- Provide courteous and professional service to members and member guests.
- Keep the valet parking area clean and organized.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and parking regulations.
- Keep keys secure at all times and follow the system for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Assist with special requests.
Requirements
- Requires valid Driver License.
- Ability to verbally communicate well in English and in writing.
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
- Ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, co-workers and members.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
