Our Customer Service Representatives are passionate animal lovers who provide our human and pet guests with “wow” service. CSRs are our first points of contact with guests and focus on building great relationships. We are an employee-owned and operated company that is expanding, providing many growth opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Manage main lobby operations including check-ins, check-outs, guest visits, tours, and answering general questions.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility.
  • Perform scheduling tasks.
  • Manage file maintenance.
  • Perform data entry.

Requirements

  • Possess a love of animals.
  • Display a professional manner at all times.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift/carry 40 pounds or more.
  • Able to stand/walk for eight hours a day.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work on a computer system.
  • Able to handle dogs on leashes.
  • Able to work in an environment with exposure to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, animal dander, and excretions.
  • Welcome both human and pet guests.
  • Correctly identify animal body language/behavior.
  • Follow safe handling procedures.
  • Check in and out pet guests while providing excellent customer service.
  • Escort pets to and from their rooms.
  • Take reservations over the phone.
  • Work both individually and as a team player.
  • Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
  • Communicate with management and other team members.
