About the Role
As an Analyst/Associate in the Client Solutions Group (CSG), you will support the firm’s institutional capital raising and client coverage efforts, working closely with senior professionals to engage and service large institutional investors. Responsibilities include developing marketing materials, coordinating diligence processes, and supporting strategic fundraising initiatives. Bridge’s fast-growing, entrepreneurial culture requires a proactive approach, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects and collaborate cross-functionally with senior management across the firm.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and respond to due diligence requests, including DDQs, RFPs, and ad hoc investor inquiries
- Update, maintain and coordinate systems, processes and tools that enable the sales team to be successful
- Support capital raising efforts by helping to identify, research, and prioritize institutional investor prospects
- Partner with coverage officers to prepare for client meetings, including developing tailored materials and briefing memos
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including pitchbooks, fund overviews, and performance updates
- Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s investment strategies to effectively position offerings to institutional audiences
- Manage data rooms and consultant databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date fund information
- Track fundraising pipelines and maintain CRM systems to support investor outreach and reporting
Requirements
- Highly motivated, energetic, and savvy with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors
- Thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role
- Strong communication skills
- Undergraduate degree in finance, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience (e.g., investment banking, consulting, asset management, or institutional sales support)
- Familiarity with DDQs, RFPs, and consultant databases (e.g., eVestment, Callan, NEPC) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience working with institutional clients (e.g., pensions, endowments, foundations, consultants) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

- $100,000 to $115,000 per year
- Annual performance based discretionary bonus
