About the Role
This leadership role provides in-field management for United’s premium products at San Francisco Airport (SFO), including United Clubs, Polaris lounges, Global Services, and tarmac transportation. The position focuses on operational excellence, vendor management, facility maintenance, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational execution for premium products including United Club, Polaris lounge, Global Services, VIP, and tarmac transportation
- Partner with leadership to direct Premium Services Supervisors and Representatives
- Manage local third-party vendor relationships, performance, and service level agreement audits
- Architect and implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction
- Project manage facility maintenance and develop business cases for enhancements
- Collaborate with Resource Planning to manage staffing needs and labor costs
- Serve as the local subject matter expert on Premium Services products and standards
- Provide training, communication, and support to dedicated employees
- Represent the region on Corporate Support Center projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3+ years of management experience
- Vendor management experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to walk long distances, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Successful completion of interview
