About the Role

GWL Realty Advisors is seeking a strategic leader to manage a portfolio of commercial properties. This role involves overseeing profitability, operations, and tenant satisfaction while leading a team of approximately 70 employees. The successful candidate will drive long-range planning, sustainability initiatives, and process improvements while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Construction, Asset Management, Leasing, and Finance departments to set property management direction
  • Establish successful long-range plans, goals, and strategic objectives
  • Implement leading-edge policies and best practices for tenant relations, building operations, construction, security, and environmental compliance
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term capital project plans
  • Coach and mentor staff while developing succession plans and career goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of property management experience with large-scale, complex properties
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior-level position
  • Proven experience in people management, coaching, and succession planning
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex situations with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience assessing process improvement opportunities and making recommendations
  • Knowledge of sustainability and energy management practices
  • Proven success in reducing energy consumption and increasing property profitability
  • Experience managing budgets and creating long-term strategic plans

Salary/Compensations

  • $105,000.00 - $155,000.00 base salary
