About the Role
The Relationship Manager in EPIC Private Client is responsible for providing exceptional service and guidance to a group of private clients by offering professional advice and advocating for the client. This role requires independent work and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private Clients.
- Collaborate with other Private Client team members, including Relationship Managers, Account Managers, Associates, and Advisors.
- Contribute to thought leadership for the private client practice.
- Mentor and lead Private Client Associates.
- Build cooperative and professional relationships with carriers.
- Manage and complete renewal activities from beginning to end.
- Deliver accurate renewal reviews according to agency guidelines.
- Identify sales opportunities through account rounding and additional coverage sales.
- Take ownership of customer concerns and feedback until resolution.
- Remarket accounts as per agency guidelines or at the request of producers or insureds.
- Assist Private Client Advisors with initial prospect discussions and new client onboarding.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and manage projects as directed by leadership.
- Comply with internal procedures and practices while meeting performance and quality standards.
Requirements
- High School / GED Education required.
- P&C Insurance License required.
- 5+ years of Client Management Experience.
- Working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office, Outlook).
- Sagitta (ATS) and ImageRight experience preferred.
