Responsibilities

Monitor vehicle software systems while upholding safe operational protocols and full legal compliance.
Execute specific test cases (e.g., navigating construction zones, roundabouts, heavy pedestrian traffic, etc.) and document system performance accordingly.
Provide concise, high-quality verbal and written feedback on non-ideal vehicle behaviors and edge-case scenarios.
Perform pre-and-post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring sensors (LiDAR, Cameras, Radar) are clean and report major operational concerns accordingly.
Work directly with Software and Hardware Engineers to troubleshoot issues identified during your shift(s).

Requirements

A pristine driving history (no major infractions in the last 5+ years).
Cannot have more than 1 violation point count.
Ability to navigate complex software interfaces and troubleshoot basic hardware/connectivity issues.
High "situational awareness"—the ability to remain hyper-focused for long durations in a repetitive environment.
Strong written English skills for technical reporting and clear verbal skills for real-time communications.
Comfort with a rapidly changing environment; you might be testing a new software build every single day.
