About the Role

This internship offers a motivated, detail-oriented college student the opportunity to join the National Sales organization and drive revenue-generating projects from kickoff to completion. Gain hands-on experience in sales operations and business strategy while working with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate revenue-driving projects across Inside and Field National sales teams, tracking timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
• Collaborate across sales teams, serving as a point of contact to align teams on goals and priorities.
• Partner across internal departments to remove roadblocks and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Support work spanning multiple verticals, adapting to unique needs and stakeholders.
• Maintain project trackers and dashboards, providing clear status updates and surfacing risks.
• Prepare reporting and summaries for the Senior Director of National Sales.
• Help organize cross-functional meetings, capturing action items and following up.
• Perform other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.
• Uphold Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with people across teams and seniority levels.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset.
• Comfort with MS Office suite, project management software, and presentation tools (training provided).
• Curiosity about sales, retail, eCommerce, and the art/creative space is a plus.
