About the Role
The Associate Project Manager will manage hospitality client projects and support sales functions for the Hospitality team, with a focus on luxury and beauty to elevate hospitality settings through great design.
Responsibilities
- Partner with UK-based clients and sales team to drive sales by coordinating hospitality projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate production, logistics, and timeline of multi-spec hospitality and commercial projects to reach sales goals.
- Build strong customer and vendor relationships through consistent delivery of high-quality product and client service.
- Troubleshoot client issues and ensure client success by collaborating with internal departments.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding quotes and projects, maintaining updates in sales databases.
- Provide reports and sales projections for all projects in the region.
- Manage project and sales pipeline in conjunction with sales team partner.
- Manage vendors to ensure successful product development, sales, and project completion.
- Communicate and embody Schumacher's brand message.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of customer service and project management experience.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
- Solution-oriented and a team player.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent, swift, and error-free written communication in English.
- Passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
- A positive, goal-oriented team player with a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Windows and Office suite, Acrobat suite.
- Comfort learning new software systems.
