About the Role

At Team Global Express, we’re redefining high-performance logistics. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead from the front, uncover growth opportunities, shape innovative solutions, and bring them to life for dynamic Australian businesses. You will own the full lifecycle from pitch to rollout, creating client impact and driving commercial results. This role is for someone commercially sharp, solutions-focused, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Drive growth that matters – Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities
Design smart solutions – Develop tailored offerings spanning B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and contract logistics
Lead high-value tenders – Own end-to-end proposal development for large, complex opportunities
Bring ideas to life – Oversee implementation from concept through to operational delivery
Influence at the top – Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Collaborate to win – Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and outstanding customer outcomes

Requirements

Proven success in major account management and complex solution design
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate and close high-value deals
Confidence engaging and presenting to C-suite and senior leaders
Experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders
A resilient, results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-moving environments
