About the Role
As a leading tire service company since 1939, Pomp’s is looking for a Delivery Driver to join their team and play a critical part in daily operations. This role is responsible for the timely delivery of product to clients and customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to clients
- Load and unload products at client locations and warehouses
- Deliver products reliably in all weather conditions
- Provide support in the warehouse when not on delivery routes
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
- Ability to read and verify work order information
