About the Role
We are building a next-generation AI creative team and seek experienced artists, filmmakers, and visual storytellers to create client-ready AI-generated imagery and video. The ideal candidate has a background in commercial production, filmmaking, VFX, animation, motion design, editing, or post-production and understands how to apply those skills within modern AI workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality AI-generated images and videos for commercial projects
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and finished deliverables
- Develop strong visual storytelling through composition, cinematography, editing, pacing, and shot design
- Generate, direct, and refine content using leading AI image and video tools
- Enhance outputs through compositing, retouching, color grading, VFX, and finishing workflows
- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, designers, and editors
- Help develop new AI production workflows and creative best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in film, commercial production, VFX, animation, motion design, editing, or post-production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both traditional creative craft and AI-generated work
- Ability to take projects from concept through final delivery
Skills
- Experience with tools such as Veo, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Luma, Midjourney, Flux, and ComfyUI
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, composition, editing, and color
- Proficiency with tools such as After Effects, Nuke, Resolve, Premiere, Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini, or similar
