About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, customer‑focused Garage Attendant to join our parking operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in keeping facilities running smoothly, and delivers a friendly experience to every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide clear directions for parking and facility use
- Monitor garage activity to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper vehicle flow
- Assist drivers with questions, payment machines, and general support
- Perform routine facility checks, including lighting, equipment, and signage
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, incidents, and shift reports
- Support valet or stack‑parking operations if applicable
- Keep the garage clean and orderly, including trash removal and minor upkeep
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
- Comfortable working in outdoor or semi‑outdoor environments
- Basic cash-handling or POS experience is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Must meet any applicable driving or background requirements (if assisting with vehicles)
