About the Role

Thorncliffe Dental Centre is seeking a qualified Periodontist to join our well-established Toronto practice on an in-house specialist basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and grow a thriving in-house periodontal program with a consistent and reliable internal referral base.

Responsibilities

  • Perform soft tissue grafting
  • Perform implant placement
  • Perform bone grafting
  • Perform broader periodontal and surgical procedures as the program grows

Requirements

  • Certified Periodontist
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Confident working independently in a GP referral environment
  • Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with multiple providers
  • Specialist interested in building and growing an in-house perio program over time
  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
  • Valid CPR certification
  • All applicants must be domiciled in Canada
