About the Role
The Work Café Concierge is the primary customer-facing role responsible for creating an engaging, welcoming, and professional environment for customers. This role coordinates co-working and meeting facilities, assists with events and programming, and supports customers with routine transactions and specialized support.
Responsibilities
- Create an engaging, welcoming, and professional environment for customers.
- Coordinate co-working, meeting facilities, and room bookings.
- Assist with Work Café events and programming, including promotion and day-of activities.
- Support customers by assisting with routine transactions and coordinating specialized support.
- Act as the first point of contact for all customers entering the Work Café.
- Promote digital products and services by explaining the benefits of alternative channels.
- Manage and coordinate all customer and colleague room bookings.
- Ensure rooms are welcoming and in good order before and after appointments.
- Address customer inquiries by directing them to the appropriate area, facility, resource, or business partner.
- Collaborate with third-party baristas and cleaners to maintain a welcoming environment and address issues.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
- 1+ Years Customer Service Experience.
- 1+ Years Communications, marketing, or event-planning experience (Preferred).
- Enthusiasm for creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Passion for demonstrating and promoting digital products and services.
- Skilled in customer engagement and creating a sense of community.
- Displays a credible, trustworthy, and professional image at all times.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to exercise flexibility and responsiveness.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to comply with policies and procedures.
- Strong computer knowledge and Windows skills.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship.
