About the Role
Braze is seeking a world-class Recruiter to build and scale global Go-to-Market teams. This role involves designing and executing customized candidate recruiting plans and serving as a primary hiring contact for hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and hire top talent for GTM teams, focusing on Post-Sales teams like Customer Success, Global Services & Support.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities to implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies.
- Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to identify the best talent for each role.
- Monitor the effectiveness of recruiting efforts using data analysis and dashboard reporting, focusing on candidate pipeline flow.
- Utilize business and industry trends and data to improve the company’s hiring brand, scale recruiting processes and systems, and contribute to talent acquisition strategic planning.
- Mentor and provide guidance to fellow recruiting team peers to develop the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage projects and simultaneously prioritize talent acquisition flow in an environment with competing demands.
- A strategic and analytical mindset with a track record of reporting and analyzing key recruiting metrics/data for quick problem-solving.
- Ability to contribute to developing a comprehensive recruiting plan and strategy.

- Experience with Greenhouse ATS (Bonus)
- Experience with candidates in the SaaS/Cloud industry (Bonus)

- OTE between $35,000 and $65,000 (United States)
