About the Role

As our first in-house service technician, you will be the interface between our technology and on-site deployment. You will install, maintain, and train – independently, hands-on, and with real creative freedom. You will build up the department and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission IoT devices and gateways in heating systems.
• Test existing installations, identify and fix errors on-site.
• Train customers and external service providers on using our technology.
• Contribute practical knowledge to the planning of offers and projects.
• Create checklists for systems.
• Provide cross-location support occasionally.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the electrical or SHK (Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning) sector, or equivalent practical experience.
• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• Valid driver's license Class B.
• Independent work style.
• Problem-solver mentality.
• Long-term thinking and desire to shape a role.
