About the Role

As a Senior Designer, you will define the visual identity of an AI-native automation platform. You will lead creative execution across campaigns, web, product marketing, and events, translating complex technical workflows into distinctive, high-impact design while shaping the brand from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute creative campaigns across digital, web, social, print, and live events.
• Evolve the brand system including typography, color, illustration, and layout rules.
• Own art direction for omni-channel projects such as product launches, paid campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI workflows into clear, expressive design.
• Work with motion designers, copywriters, and external partners from storyboard to final delivery.
• Set high creative standards through feedback and mentorship.
• Experiment with AI tools to enhance visual design capabilities and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in hands-on visual, graphic, or brand roles.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and exceptional craft across multiple mediums.
• Proven track record of owning campaigns and brand systems from concept through execution.
• Experience with 360-degree work spanning digital, social, video, and physical experiences.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong sensibility for typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
• Active experimentation with AI tools.
