About the Role

TOCA Social is the world's first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist. We are looking for an energetic and engaging Bartender to ensure the smooth running of our bars and create exceptional guest experiences. Everybody Plays! Football knowledge is not required, so if you thrive in an energetic and fun environment, you'll love our concept.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support guests through their journey to provide a best-in-class experience.
• Maintain a warm and welcoming approach towards guests, aiming to make people happy and deliver genuine, memorable experiences.
• Create delicious drinks to TOCA Social standards.
• Confidently provide knowledge and drink recommendations.
• Support Bar Backs as and when necessary.
• Take guest orders, deliver drinks, and check in with guests.
• Coach junior members of the team.
• Be aware of legal regulations, including verifying guest age through ID checks.
• Walk guests through our F&B offering and make recommendations.
• Exceed guest expectations in a positive, surprising, and delightful manner.
• Ensure guest-facing areas are clean, presentable, and clear.
• Assist guests with transactions efficiently and timely, being accountable for all transactions.
• Provide clear and concise communication to teammates to minimize disruption to guests.
• Ensure all items/stock are replenished and available to guests.
• Follow all health & safety and allergy procedures.
• Cover a range of duties in line with business needs when required.

Requirements

• A punctual and reliable individual with a great attitude and work ethic.
• A quick learner with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering top-quality experiences.
• Willingness and desire to make people happy and deliver genuine and memorable experiences.
• Ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in, helping other departments and teammates.
• Bar experience in crafting drinks, including cocktails.
• At least 18 years old due to working with alcohol.
