About the Role

TOCA Social is the world's first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist. We are passionate about training and developing all our teammates to support their career progression and help them become legends. You may receive training within other departments to support the venue as and when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support guests through their journey to provide a best-in-class experience.
• Take guest orders, deliver food and drinks, and check in with guests.
• Conduct box demos and deliver steps of service to TOCA Social standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and bookings in person and via phone, and upsell where possible.
• Manage cloakroom and boot room as needed.
• Walk guests through our F&B offering and make recommendations.
• Exceed guest expectations in a positive, surprising, and delightful manner.
• Ensure guest-facing areas are clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist guests with transactions efficiently and timely, being accountable for all transactions.
• Provide clear and concise communication to teammates to minimize disruption to guests.
• Ensure all items/stock are replenished and available to guests.
• Support kitchen and bar teams when necessary (e.g., preparing food, making cocktails).
• Follow all health & safety and allergy procedures.
• Provide basic tech troubleshooting.
• Cover a range of duties in line with business needs when required.

Requirements

• Punctual and reliable individual with a great attitude and work ethic.
• Quick learner with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering top-quality experiences.
• Willingness and desire to make people happy and deliver genuine and memorable experiences.
• Ready to roll up sleeves and get stuck in (and help out other departments and teammates!).

Salary/Compensations

• £12.71 per hour plus service charge (Approx. £2.46 per hour based on last month's earnings)
