About the Role

As a Multinational Program Coordinator, you will build and foster long-term, profitable relationships with customers and brokers, managing your own portfolio of customers. Your ability to strengthen and embed trusted relationships will be critical. This role involves identifying opportunities, understanding customer benefits, and offering the best solutions, acting as the "go-to" person for your portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster long-term, profitable relationships with customers and brokers.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, including large relationship accounts.
  • Identify opportunities and offer the best solutions to customers.
  • Act as the "go-to" person for customers and brokers within your portfolio.
  • Lead colleagues from across CI UK and the wider Zurich global network for successful delivery of multinational programs.
  • Establish and lead clear structures around expectations, timelines, and delivery dates.
  • Act as an advocate for junior team members, providing guidance, coaching, and expertise.
  • Work across functions, markets, and cultures to deliver for customers and brokers.
  • Lead the internal Zurich Service team to implement and service programs.
  • Provide oversight of Multinational network management.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with customers and brokers is essential.
  • Strong planning and prioritising skills.
  • Comfortable leading and implementing change.
  • Adaptable and organised to meet customer service delivery needs.
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
