About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own the end-to-end recruitment process for Product & Technology roles across North America. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional technical talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Product & Technology roles across North America, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional technical talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Infrastructure leaders to develop hiring strategies for highly specialized and technical roles.
  • Gather approvals, craft excellent job postings, and design fit-for-purpose interview processes in line with our recruitment framework.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong and effective business relationships with hiring managers and senior management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to other members of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Keep track of hiring data and regularly draw insights to continuously improve our processes and strategy.
  • Champion diversity & inclusion best practices in all hiring processes.
  • Engage with and find top talent through recruitment events, job boards, strategic sourcing initiatives, and relationships with local schools.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of Lightspeed’s overall sourcing, recruitment hiring plan and objectives.
  • Work on ad hoc projects as assigned, such as assessment of new business activities or change of process.
  • Assist with special requests from the executive team.
  • Contribute as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience with a track record of hiring Product and Technology talent, including highly technical and leadership-level positions.
  • Successful experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills at all levels of the business.
  • Experience advocating for diversity of thought and mentoring others on the value this brings.
  • Proven ability to source, sell and close candidates.
  • Ability to work in a global and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be a changemaker.

  • $75,000 TO $105,000 CAD
