About the Role
As the Campaign Operations Manager, you will lead a 5-person Operations team that builds, QAs, and launches hundreds of high-quality CRM campaigns annually. You will partner closely with the Consumer Lifecycle team to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery. You will be responsible for your team's campaign delivery rate goal and collaborate with Martech, Product, and Analytics to identify process and tool improvement opportunities. This role reports to the Head of Cx Campaign Operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Campaign Operations Associates, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence in campaign execution.
- Ensure each team member stays accountable to the Campaign development requirements.
- Own the high-quality campaign delivery rate goal and production efficiency for your audience.
- Identify new processes, talent development, and tools required to improve campaign quality, craft, and production efficiency each quarter.
- Develop and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations for your line of business, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
- Leverage AI, Braze, and in-house marketing platforms to implement sophisticated campaigns, including automation, dynamic content, and A/B testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Retention Marketing, Marketing Operations, Martech, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience leading 3+ reports.
- Experience leading a Marketing Operations team preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar ESP is required.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency or campaign quality.
- Familiarity with other marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions, build business cases for investment, and optimize campaign development and quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
