About the Role

This role leads all London market aspects of Willis’ claims strategy for its Direct Specialty business. It involves coordinating with global claims leaders for strategy implementation, engaging with clients and markets on complex claims, and overseeing the company’s Engagement & Escalation model. Key focuses include talent management and innovation to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop external and internal value propositions and materials to enhance the profile and promotion of Willis Claims solutions.
• Ensure differentiation through client excellence by implementing Willis Claims Service Standards.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of claims commercialization strategies.
• Oversee current and future operating models for claims service delivery, leveraging operational efficiency opportunities.
• Participate as a claims subject matter expert in the design and implementation of data and technology strategies.
• Participate in the management of senior-level relationships with insurers, adjusters, and business partners.
• Support new business efforts at individual client and/or portfolio level scale.
• Engage directly with clients, insurers, and others to assist in resolving complex claims.
• Provide management information reports to D&F Leadership on claims performance with client impact metrics.
• Participate in Willis’ London Market Claims Leadership Team.
