About the Role

As an experienced Technical Business Analyst or Implementation Engineer, you will take a hands-on role in executing implementation projects for new and existing Aiviq clients. You'll collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Services teams to deliver global implementations, ensuring technical excellence throughout multiple project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Receive and execute work packages for client implementation alongside an Aiviq Project Manager.
• Understand client data sources at a business and technical level and build data connectors for ingesting data into the Aiviq solution.
• Work with the Project Manager to define appropriate product and data scope requirements for new client engagements and in defining suitable acceptance criteria.
• Contribute innovative ideas to advance the Professional Services offering.
• Create high-quality technical documentation for client-specific implementation work.
• Develop deep product knowledge and work with the Aiviq Product team to implement new features, as well as managing and triaging client feedback on product features.
• Define and execute suitable test criteria for ensuring successful completion of project tasks.
• Conduct sophisticated data analysis to draw out potential problems in implementations or to innovate improvements to the implementation process.
• Demonstrate advanced SQL skills.
• Work with Engineering and QA on the reporting of, resolution, and client-side testing of bugs and issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a technical business analyst in financial services.
• Advanced SQL skills (Python, C#, and .NET also relevant).
• Database design and architectural expertise.
• Ability to grasp new business data domains quickly.
• Excellent communication skills for global stakeholder engagement.
• Agile development methodology experience.
• Experience with financial reporting or revenue management systems.
• Testing experience across complex rules engines and financial data.
• Experience with AI/ML implementation and/or BI/reporting solutions.
• Experience with Azure or other relevant cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex business or technical issues with key stakeholders.
• Full data literacy with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions quickly.
• Excellence in client interaction across global markets.
• Track record of bringing innovation within a professional services environment.
• Ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
