About the Role

Broadridge is seeking a tenacious & proactive Implementations Manager to join our growing North America team. This role will work closely with clients to implement our strategic SaaS Corporate Actions & Income Processing application and its associated platform components in the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and report on user testing, defining the testing strategy and working with clients to plan, track, and expedite all phases of testing.
  • Challenge clients on change vs. defect and ensure development activity focuses on essential issues for priority milestones.
  • Work with clients to ensure clean and accurate data on test execution progress and issue tirage & delivery.
  • Plan and manage internal and client training, including material preparation, delivery plans, and product demonstrations.
  • Raise CRs and complete required analysis in a timely manner for project change governance.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation and escalation.
  • Define upstream and downstream data integration mapping and configuration with clients.
  • Define the conversion strategy and manage mock conversions and final go-live.
  • Report on all mock and go-live activities for governance.
  • Participate in all phases of planning, governance, and delivery of implementation activities.
  • Support clients during mock conversions & go-live weekends.
  • Provide first-level control for implementation plan activities, ensuring appropriate resourcing and execution.
  • Manage internal & external reporting, issue escalation & management, and represent Broadridge on Project Steering Committee meetings and Working Groups.
  • Participate in reconciliation work to compare legacy output to Broadridge's solution using BDC.
  • Prioritize and drive improvements to match rates and daily reporting.
  • Manage implementation resources assigned to a project on a day-to-day basis.
  • Define, execute, and report on environment setup runbooks.
  • Define integration points, monitoring & control frameworks, and releases.
  • Communicate release content and timing with clients & internal teams.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience as a conversions/implementation consultant or manager, working on SaaS project delivery to Wealth or Capital Markets organizations.
  • 5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience with Asset Servicing platforms (either in-house or vendor solutions) in a Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or other financial environment.
  • 1 year of team leading experience, task managing teams of up to 5 resources.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking and ability to proactively drive successful conclusions.
  • Ability to define control processes and distill salient facts for reporting to senior management & clients.
  • Client-facing experience with the ability to build good working relationships while defending Broadridge's position.
  • Experience with large-scale projects and a solid understanding of the full project lifecycle and Governance.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with JIRA.
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate reporting.
  • Ability to handle multiple work streams and assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand and challenge details.
  • Data analysis including use of SQL & Excel.
  • Subject matter expertise in all areas of Asset Servicing including Dividends, Coupons, Tax and Corporate Actions (Mandatory & Elective) announcements and processing.
  • Thorough understanding of the Asset Servicing lifecycle and components including event capture, data quality/cleansing, position and transaction types, entitlement processing, and integration with US Market Participants.
  • Product knowledge covering Equities and Fixed Income.
  • Previous experience at Broadridge or with Broadridge products such as Astrid, BPS, Impact, IPE/Gloss or ICS’ Notifications.
  • Reconciliations experience, ideally with BR’s Data Control.
