About the Role

Enterprise Solutions, part of STO Building Group, is seeking an Account Executive to support global clients. This role requires strong business acumen, networking skills, and a deep understanding of the CM/GC sector within the A/E/C industry. The Account Executive will foster client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure successful project outcomes across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with potential and current client decision-makers.
  • Understand and present the organization’s full portfolio of services and geographies to foster account growth.
  • Understand the client’s long-term real estate and construction needs.
  • Lead client presentations, secure new business, and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain key account data within Salesforce, including opportunity pipeline, client/partner logs, and MSA summaries.
  • Serve as the Strategic Account Team Leader, motivating a unified team focused on specific enterprise account goals.
  • Organize and direct regular Client Account Business Reviews.
  • Develop and maintain the Account Playbook.
  • Integrate with local project delivery teams, attending key client meetings to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality, safety, and profitability.
  • Establish and implement a margin strategy for the account to ensure project success and profitability.
  • Establish a successful construction reporting cycle from project start to finish.
  • Effectively identify and mitigate project risks before they impact service delivery.
  • Identify and manage project risks, balancing priorities such as schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
  • Elevate potential areas of concern and communicate major issues with leadership.
  • Travel to and add value to milestone project events.
  • Build and maintain an effective team culture aligned with organizational culture.
  • Effectively communicate, resolve conflicts, and manage morale.

Requirements

  • Minimum of +/- 10 years of experience in the A/E/C industry or closely related field.
  • Experience managing teams/matrix teams responsible for the delivery of complex projects.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
