About the Role
This role sits at the heart of how we use data to understand our organisation and ultimately improve the lives of blood cancer and blood disorder patients. You’ll lead a team of two data engineers responsible for building and maintaining a robust, scalable, and secure data platform. You’ll ensure the right data is available to the right people, at the right time — enabling better decisions and better outcomes for patients. You’ll also ensure we meet all regulatory requirements relating to data, maintaining the highest standards of security and governance. Curiosity is key in this role. You’ll take the time to understand the many facets of our lifesaving work and use your data engineering expertise to deliver meaningful impact across the organisation.
