About the Role
You'll be one of the first hires on the EMEA RevOps team and a critical force multiplier for the Head of RevOps EMEA. You'll cover ground across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Legal Engineer Ops, partnering with leaders in each function, diagnosing where the funnel is leaking, and shipping the fixes. You'll work alongside our RevOps Engineer on the systems side and own the analytical, process, and operating-cadence work yourself. This role suits someone who's already proven they can operate independently in one or two RevOps domains and wants to widen their scope, gaining exposure to territory planning, planning cycles, forecasting, and stack decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline & funnel analytics, including weekly pipeline reviews, conversion analysis, and win/loss diagnostics.
- Support the forecasting process by pulling data, prepping calls, flagging anomalies, and improving accuracy.
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, including lead routing, stage definitions, validation rules, and data hygiene programs.
- Design and implement processes such as lead-to-opportunity SLAs, deal desk basics, and sales process documentation.
- Build GTM analytics reports and dashboards and write accompanying memos to translate numbers into decisions.
- Lead project delivery across functions, including territory adjustments, new segment launches, and tool implementations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a closely-related GTM Ops role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in SQL and dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Hex, or similar).
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reports, dashboards, flows, validation, and data hygiene.
- Full-funnel curiosity with a desire to expand scope into adjacent functions.
- Sharp written communication skills, capable of summarizing complex problems concisely.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping solutions quickly.
- Collaborative, low-ego style for effective cross-functional work.
