About the Role
Build partnerships that create life-changing opportunities for young people by connecting organisations with meaningful social impact opportunities. This role involves developing and managing relationships with employers, technology organisations, universities, activity providers, and volunteers to support the TechFirst programme.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and support employer and delivery partners across the region.
- Ensure schools have access to a wide range of high-quality activities, volunteers, speakers, mentors, and industry experiences.
- Build long-term partnerships that contribute to programme growth, quality, and impact.
- Engage with employers and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement and impact.
Requirements
- Experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, account management, or business engagement.
- Confident engaging with employers and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Comfortable managing multiple partnerships.
- Must be able to undertake travel across the region and occasional evening events.

Salary/Compensations
- £32,000 - £38,000
