About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and through occasional telehealth visits.
- Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
- Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care as needed.
Requirements
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
- At least 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages within the past 5 years.
- Alternatively, 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages.
- State licensed in Texas by the One Medical start date.
- Passion for human-centered primary care.
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
- Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
- Openness to feedback and reflection.
- Ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations.
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs.
