About the Role
One Medical is a primary care solution transforming healthcare by making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. This role involves managing a patient panel, providing both in-office and virtual care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs including acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams via daily huddles
- Perform in-office procedures
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care
Requirements
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
- State licensed in TX
