About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support our marketing and business development activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career or with strong administration experience who wants to build exposure across campaigns, events, and digital marketing. Working closely with the marketing and leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly, content is published effectively, and internal stakeholders are well supported.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives
- Coordinate and schedule content across digital channels (website, social media, email campaigns)
- Assist in the preparation of marketing collateral, presentations, and case studies
- Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases (contacts, leads, campaign tracking)
- Support event coordination including webinars, trade shows, and client events
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and engagement
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external vendors
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Assist with general marketing operations and ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, administration, or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Must state legal working rights in Australia, New Zealand, or the Philippines, depending on location.
