About the Role
Stake is seeking a Content Producer to join their Marketing team in Sydney. This role is crucial for defining the brand's voice across social media and creating engaging content that builds affinity and strengthens connections with investors. It offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity, storytelling, and market awareness with significant ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own Stake’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and emerging platforms
- Create high-quality video content from concept to final cut, producing work that feels native, timely and unmistakably Stake
- Develop creative content formats that help translate market insights into engaging, accessible stories
- Plan and manage content calendars, balancing proactive campaigns with reactive opportunities
- Partner with writers, marketers, designers and internal experts to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively
- Turn performance data into insights that improve content quality, engagement and reach
- Champion Stake’s brand voice across social channels, ensuring consistency, clarity and relevance
- Spot cultural moments, platform trends and market developments early, then create content that earns attention
- Support paid amplification initiatives by creating content designed to perform across both organic and paid environments
- Balance creativity, speed and compliance to deliver content that is engaging, accurate and trusted
Requirements
- Strong experience creating social-first content and understanding how different platforms reward creativity, storytelling and consistency
- Ability to independently shoot, edit and publish high-quality video content with a strong eye for pacing, structure and visual craft
- Combines creative instinct with analytical thinking, using performance data to sharpen ideas and improve outcomes
- Moves quickly without sacrificing quality, judgement or attention to detail
- Naturally curious about markets, business, culture and the conversations shaping ambitious Australians and New Zealanders
- Enjoys collaborating across disciplines and knows how to bring people with different expertise together around a shared idea
