About the Role

State Street Global Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Officer to identify top talent, fuel innovation, and drive company growth. This role is crucial for the organization's success, helping institutional investors manage risk and drive performance. You will focus on cutting-edge, scalable solutions and help execute daily deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with and influence hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans.
  • Develop sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Facilitate intake meetings to understand position requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop candidate sourcing strategies using various recruiting resources.
  • Attract, engage, and recruit candidates.
  • Educate stakeholders on talent demand, availability, cost, industry standards, pipeline trends, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Drive communication with hiring managers and interview teams, providing coaching on selection and selling processes.
  • Act as the primary communication point with candidates from initial contact to close, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage the end-to-end strategic delivery of sourcing and recruiting.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the company’s business objectives and organizational structure.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
  • Understanding of the company's position in the external marketplace.
  • Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plans.
  • Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis.
  • Good understanding of the external marketplace or trends.
  • Proven experience consulting with senior business leaders and managers on talent acquisition processes and strategy.
  • Proven experience in recommending and using effective sourcing strategies to develop a diverse pipeline of candidates.
  • Customer service driven with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Prior experience using Workday is highly desired.

Experience Level

  • 5+ years’ experience in an in-house recruiting role

  • Bachelor's degree
