About the Role
Supports day-to-day service execution for Construction P&C clients by processing service requests, maintaining documentation, and assisting with renewal activities. This role primarily supports internal stakeholders (Account Managers and Producers) with no direct client ownership, focusing on accuracy, responsiveness, and developing core capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Processes high-volume service requests accurately and efficiently, supporting timely completion of tasks and routine servicing items in line with established turnaround standards.
- Documents all activity in Agency Management Systems and ImageRight to maintain clean, auditable records.
- Tracks suspense and workflows to drive open items to closure and prevent missed deadlines or incomplete deliverables.
- Initiates renewal workflows, prepares renewal checklists, gathers exposure and loss documentation, and organizes materials to support internal review and client-ready deliverables.
- Supports internal meetings and presentations and stays current on internal procedures to ensure alignment with evolving standards.
Requirements
- One year of insurance agency experience.
- Experience with Construction accounts preferred.
- College degree required.
- Brokers license is required, can be obtained once hired.
