About the Role

Seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process, from initial consultation to completion, ensuring tailored advice that meets their financial needs. This role is based in the South London Region.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain client relationships and business.
• Maximize in-branch opportunities.
• Follow up on leads generated by the Estate Agency team.
• Maximize value from each client.
• Generate own leads and business.
• Work with the Estate Agency, Admin, Training and Development, Compliance teams, and Divisional Sales Director for an efficient client process.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end.
• Go above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.

Requirements

• Hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
• Provide evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport/Birth Certificate).
• Provide Proof of Address.
• Provide National Insurance details.
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Salary/Compensations

• On target earnings of £60,000+ per year
• Fully uncapped commission scheme
• £22,000 - £28,000 Basic salary (dependent on experience)
• Guaranteed monthly payments whilst building a pipeline, for up to 6 months
